Help Desk Manager
Must have prior help desk experience, an understanding of hardware, software and services, and management experience. Must have experience (and certifications) in the Microsoft and Apple environments, and with A+ and Network+ certifications. Knowledge of ITIL standards and ITSM is a real plus.

Network Installation Technician
Candidate will have experience in installing and troubleshooting computer networks. Should understand Cat5 and Cat5e cabling standards, and should be willing to learn Cat6 standards. Should have experience with 66 & 110 blocks. Must be capable of pulling and terminating cables through new and existing construction. Experience with telephone and home theater systems would be an asset.

Desktop Engineering Manager
Must have experience with all Microsoft and Apple operating systems. Must be able to diagnose and repair any PC or Mac hardware or software issue, including networking and printing. Candidate will manage a desktop support team and a walk-in help desk.

Software Developer
Must be competent with Java, MS SQL, MySQL, PHP, and messaging security. Must be able to accurately size software development projects, and to write both specifications and documentation.

Server Engineer
Must know Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory. Must be competent with GPO's, security, and DNS. Must have experience with administrative scripting. Must understand the intricacies of application integration and server sizing. Should have some experience with Microsoft Exchange and Novell.

Network Engineer
Must know the Netgear, Linksys, and Cisco routers, firewalls, managed switches, and Wireless Access Points. Must have experience with VPN's (both hardware and software), VLAN configurations, DNS, and DHCP.

Retail Sales Manager
Will be responsible for managing all aspects of a computer retail outlet, including inventory and sales associates. We sell servers, PC's, Macs, software, computer bags, printer inks, cables, High Definition TVs, monitors, and associated products. The retail outlet is also the source for all of the products supplied to our Systems Integration customers. Must know QuickBooks 2007 POS and QuickBooks Premier 2007.
